Booth Rates

Commercial exhibitors may register for the 2012 Garden Expo according to the booth rates listed below. Nonprofit exhibitors may register for a $100 fee.

Exhibitor Benefits

Booth Amenities
Standard booths include a 10-foot by 10-foot area with one 8-foot table, two chairs and a white fabric backdrop on metal piping. Exhibitors may purchase additional furnishings and services (e.g., air/water connections, audio visual equipment, electrical services) through the Alliant Energy Center by visiting alliantenergycenter.com.

Tickets
Each exhibitor may request a maximum of 20 three-day exhibitor passes for staff who will be working at the show. Up to 10 additional exhibitor passes may be purchased at the rate of $7 each. In addition, each exhibitor will receive two complimentary Garden Expo one-day tickets for guests. Tickets are mailed with the final show packet three weeks prior to Garden Expo.

Exhibitors also receive one free three-day parking pass. Additional three-day parking passes may be purchased at the rate of $18 each.

Advertising

Exhibitors can advertise their business in Garden Expo’s program guide, which ends up in the hands of every Garden Expo attendee—more than 20,000 gardening enthusiasts. The program also will be inserted in the Sunday Wisconsin State Journal newspaper on February 5, 2012 with a circulation of 127,000 in 17 south-central Wisconsin counties. Space is limited, contact.
