Exhibitor registration for PBS Wisconsin’s 2025 Garden & Landscape Expo with be available soon. Now in its 32nd year, this three-day event celebrates the latest trends in gardening, landscaping, local foods and ecological sustainability. All proceeds support PBS Wisconsin.

Booth Rates

Commercial exhibitors may register for the 2025 Garden & Landscape Expo according to the Early Registration booth rates listed below. Non-profit exhibitors may register for a $125 fee.

Exhibitor Benefits

Booth Amenities
Standard booths include a 10-foot by 10-foot area with one 8-foot table, two chairs and a white fabric backdrop on metal piping. Exhibitors may purchase additional booth furnishings and services directly from the Alliant Energy Center.

Tickets
Each exhibitor will receive exhibitor passes to be used by your staff working at the show. A maximum of 20 passes are available for exhibitors that have purchased a minimum of four booths. For exhibitors requiring more than the maximum number of exhibitor passes, up to 10 additional passes can be purchased for $7 each.

In addition, each exhibitor will receive two complimentary Garden & Landscape Expo one-day tickets for guests.

Promotion

  • Individual Listing: Each exhibitor will receive a dedicated, year-round listing on the Exhibitor Mall, showcasing their business/organization.
  • Extensive Publicity: The show will be extensively publicized through various channels, including print, web, TV, and radio spots, ensuring exposure for all exhibitors.
  • Reach: Promotion efforts will reach a wide and diverse audience, increasing the chances of attracting interested attendees to the show and to the exhibitors’ booths.
  • Brand Visibility: Exhibitors will benefit from increased brand visibility, as participation in the event will be highlighted in front of a large audience.
  • Networking Opportunities: The promotion will also attract other exhibitors and industry professionals, providing valuable networking opportunities for all participants.
  • Increased Sales Potential: The publicity generated by the event can lead to increased web and foot traffic and potential sales for exhibitors.

Exhibitors and businesses can advertise their organizations in the Garden & Landscape Expo Event Guide. The guide will be shared electronically, posted on the event website prior to the event, and 15,000 + will be distributed to attendees at the event.
